Our Dry Caribbean Forest is full of turpentine trees, wild frangipani, tyre palm (the only native palm tree), century plants, turk’s head cacti, and dog caper to name a few. After a good period of rain, the island is lush and green and the flowering plants thrive. We’ve never had a complaint about our flora. The fauna, on the other hand, can be a topic of much discussion. In particular, the mosquitoes.
