This ideally situated villa on Coppermine Road is within minutes to Virgin Gorda’s best beaches, shopping, and restaurants.

The living room features sliding glass doors that open out onto the pool terrace with ocean views. The pool terrace is comfortably appointed with sun loungers, a dining table with seating for 6, and an outdoor bar for your enjoyment. Perfect for entertaining and sharing meals with friends and family. The large master bedroom with a King Bed and private ensuite bath also opens onto the pool terrace as well. Sleeping with the new four-poster King bed and comfortable mattress will be a dream. The two other guest rooms share the second bath and are appointed with new furnishings and mattresses. Bedroom two has a Queen four poster bed and Bedroom three is equipped with two twin beds or combined to make another King bed.
Location is key at Villa Kenzi, you are just ¼ mile from Rosy’s Grocery Store. Several restaurants, the Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbor, and a half-dozen world-class beaches are all within 1.5 miles.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel during the HOLIDAY SEASON (December 15 – January 5) will not receive any refunds.
90 or more day’s notice provided, 75% of payments made will be refunded.
46-89 days notice provided, 50% of payments made will be refunded.
45 days or less notice, no payment will be refunded.
There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.

Deposit Policy
VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA requires that 50% of the rent is due at the time you secure your reservation. The balance of the rent is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. No-shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. (See hurricane policy, below.) No refunds will be granted unless there is a problem that cannot be cured within 48 hours, or which causes the Guest extreme and undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. Guests who abandon their villa without authority agree they have no rights to compensation. Prices at all villas are subject to change. No rebates or increases in pricing will be made once the Guest’s deposit payment has been submitted.
HURRICANE POLICY:
In the event of a pending hurricane, all guests MUST vacate their villa when instructed to do so by VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA staff. Guests will only be asked to vacate the property if local officials have deemed it unsafe. If guests are asked to vacate the property; any unused rent will be refunded. If the guests leave on their own volition, no refund of any sort will be given. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to incur any travel related expenses associated with an early departure from the villa whether they leave on their own accord or if asked to do so by the staff of VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA.

"Fantastic Stay"
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Kenzi! The villa is lovely and well equipped with thoughtful details throughout the house. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool is a refreshing break from the sun. The hosts from Villas Virgin Gorda were wonderful and provided personalized service for our stay.
"It is like “home” to us…"
The villa is lovely, newly redecorated with designer elements, spotlessly clean. This was the 4th time we stayed in this Villa. It is like "home" to us. The location is very convenient. The furnishings, pool, outside deck, and gardens are lovely: Wifi, Dish TV, generator, A/C, laundry, new outside grill - provide for entertainment and comfortable living. Michelle was waiting our arrival at the airport and brought us to the Villa. She is an excellent host, providing a warm welcome to the Villa. We have vacationed on Virgin Gorda for 20+ years and rented from Villas Virgin Gorda for the last 5 years. They are by far the best rental and management company we have dealt with either on Virgin Gorda or other islands we have visited.
Christi is a superb host! Christi picked me up from the ferry in the evening and after realizing that my reserved car rental wasn't there, she drove me to the villa arranging new rental to be delivered to the villa next morning. She is the ultimate source of information about the island, whatever you may need during your stay. Christi goes way beyond what you would expect from a rental host, she immediately answers your emails/texts regardless of its importance and even drove me the the ATM when in need of cash. I spend half of the year in the air and hotels and can only compare Christi's level of hospitality to concierge service at Four Seasons, Ritz or St Regis.
