Villas Virgin Gorda is proud to represent Bigger Splash comprised of a Main House and attached Cottage, welcoming a maximum of ten guests across four private bedrooms and baths, featuring the luxury of two outdoor showers. A plethora of indoor and outdoor spaces allow for relaxation, dining, and entertainment.
The Main House caters to the initial 6-8 guests, offering two distinct levels and a scenic lookout tower that boasts breathtaking vistas. Its open and breezy great room, coupled with a dining area adorned with wide doors and balconies on three sides, invites in the refreshing island winds. A fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, complements this space. The Main House is furnished with three air-conditioned bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
The sunlit primary suite, situated poolside and featuring a king-size bed, an outdoor shower, and a kitchenette, exudes comfort and elegance with its separate entrance and dedicated dining and lounging areas.
Ascending to the upper level, the second bedroom, furnished with a queen bed and a private outdoor shower, adjoins a veranda equipped with seating, perfect for relaxation.
Adjacent to the second bedroom, the third bedroom showcases stunning island panoramas and accommodates two double beds.
The Cottage, accessible independently from the Main House and accommodating 2-4 guests, serves as a haven for those seeking additional privacy. It encompasses a single bedroom with a queen bed (air-conditioned), a bathroom, and a supremely comfortable queen sofa bed featuring an American Leather design with a Tempurpedic mattress. The Cottage also hosts a full kitchen, dining and living areas, and a balcony.
The Bigger Splash villa stands just a short stroll away from the renowned Baths National Park and Spring Bay Beach. Conveniently, grocery stores and restaurants are within easy reach, merely a few minutes drive away, putting all essentials and dining options within your grasp.
It's important to note that the Cottage is not available for separate rental from the Main House.
All reservations are subject to a 10% Government Accommodations Tax, a $500 Cleaning Fee, and $300 Refundable Deposit

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel during the HOLIDAY SEASON (December 15 – January 5) will not receive any refunds.
90 or more day’s notice provided, 75% of payments made will be refunded.
46-89 days notice provided, 50% of payments made will be refunded.
45 days or less notice, no payment will be refunded.
There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.

Deposit Policy
VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA requires that 50% of the rent is due at the time you secure your reservation. The balance of the rent is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. No-shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. (See hurricane policy, below.) No refunds will be granted unless there is a problem that cannot be cured within 48 hours, or which causes the Guest extreme and undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. Guests who abandon their villa without authority agree they have no rights to compensation. Prices at all villas are subject to change. No rebates or increases in pricing will be made once the Guest’s deposit payment has been submitted.
HURRICANE POLICY:
In the event of a pending hurricane, all guests MUST vacate their villa when instructed to do so by VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA staff. Guests will only be asked to vacate the property if local officials have deemed it unsafe. If guests are asked to vacate the property; any unused rent will be refunded. If the guests leave on their own volition, no refund of any sort will be given. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to incur any travel related expenses associated with an early departure from the villa whether they leave on their own accord or if asked to do so by the staff of VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA.
