It was once again time for Christmas in July thanks to sponsors like Wally Castro Marine and Dream Yacht Charter! Thousands of people flooded the beach at Pond Bay to celebrate. The event started in 2007 and attracts a fleet of boats from Puerto Rico for fun in Virgin Gorda. The celebration is held to recognize the valuable contribution Puerto Ricans make the BVI.

The event featured two Latin bands, one local band, and a host of DJs, as well as designated swimming areas, food stalls, and games. Thanks to the Puerto Rican Navy! After Hurricane Irma they were the first to respond with much needed relief efforts and supplies. BVI and Virgin Gorda will always be grateful for our close relationship with Puerto Rico and we look forward to celebrating you every year!
