These suites open directly onto a natural stone terrace adorned with a 36-foot sparkling pool and an 8-person jacuzzi (unheated).
Adorning the expansive stone pool terrace is a generously shaded veranda furnished with comfortable lounging amenities. The air-conditioned and spacious 1,000-square-foot Great Room, graced with a cathedral ceiling, incorporates a well-appointed kitchen with modern conveniences and a substantial breakfast bar. This fully equipped kitchen boasts two refrigerators, a smart range stove, oven, microwave, blender, traditional drip coffee maker, an array of dishes, utensils, and cookware. The furnishings in this central area are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate relaxing conversations, reading, viewing the large 65-inch flat-screen television, dining at the 8-person table, or enjoying music while savoring a glass of wine.
Beach Dreams is enveloped by lush tropical gardens with vibrant flowers and is conveniently located steps away from the soft white sands of Mahoe Beach, featuring crystal-clear waters and vibrant live reefs for snorkeling. For relaxation, a hammock awaits, where the soothing sounds of the waves encourage a mid-day nap.
This generously sized beachfront residence is situated on its own half-acre parcel, boasting 160 feet of white sand beachfront and providing an ideal setting for superb swimming and snorkeling in the tranquil waters of the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Perfect for families or adults seeking a tranquil escape, Beach Dreams offers westward-facing views of Tortola, treating its guests to spectacular sunsets, each one more breathtaking than the last.
While relaxation is virtually guaranteed at Beach Dreams, high-speed internet is available for those who must stay connected. The villa also offers a US/NY phone number for added convenience and numerous serene corners for moments of solitude.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel during the HOLIDAY SEASON (December 15 – January 5) will not receive any refunds.
90 or more day’s notice provided, 75% of payments made will be refunded.
46-89 days notice provided, 50% of payments made will be refunded.
45 days or less notice, no payment will be refunded.
There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.

Deposit Policy
VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA requires that 50% of the rent is due at the time you secure your reservation. The balance of the rent is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. No-shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. (See hurricane policy, below.) No refunds will be granted unless there is a problem that cannot be cured within 48 hours, or which causes the Guest extreme and undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. Guests who abandon their villa without authority agree they have no rights to compensation. Prices at all villas are subject to change. No rebates or increases in pricing will be made once the Guest’s deposit payment has been submitted.
HURRICANE POLICY:
In the event of a pending hurricane, all guests MUST vacate their villa when instructed to do so by VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA staff. Guests will only be asked to vacate the property if local officials have deemed it unsafe. If guests are asked to vacate the property; any unused rent will be refunded. If the guests leave on their own volition, no refund of any sort will be given. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to incur any travel related expenses associated with an early departure from the villa whether they leave on their own accord or if asked to do so by the staff of VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA.
