Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel during the HOLIDAY SEASON (December 15 – January 5) will not receive any refunds.
90 or more day’s notice provided, 75% of payments made will be refunded.
46-89 days notice provided, 50% of payments made will be refunded.
45 days or less notice, no payment will be refunded.
There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.

Deposit Policy
VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA requires that 50% of the rent is due at the time you secure your reservation. The balance of the rent is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. No-shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. (See hurricane policy, below.) No refunds will be granted unless there is a problem that cannot be cured within 48 hours, or which causes the Guest extreme and undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. Guests who abandon their villa without authority agree they have no rights to compensation. Prices at all villas are subject to change. No rebates or increases in pricing will be made once the Guest’s deposit payment has been submitted.
HURRICANE POLICY:
In the event of a pending hurricane, all guests MUST vacate their villa when instructed to do so by VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA staff. Guests will only be asked to vacate the property if local officials have deemed it unsafe. If guests are asked to vacate the property; any unused rent will be refunded. If the guests leave on their own volition, no refund of any sort will be given. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to incur any travel-related expenses associated with an early departure from the villa whether they leave on their own accord or if asked to do so by the staff of VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA.

"Unbelievable location and property!"
Turnstone Villa was an unbelievable location and property. There is a mango tree and a papaya tree in the yard. You can see to the ocean from the decks. Kiara was a wonderful host, meeting us at the dock after many delays, making sure we got our rental car and showing us to the property and around the property. She left homemade fruit punch and rum punch for us to enjoy also. The best thing about the villa is its location. It is walking distance (maybe 50-100 yards) to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Which are not crowded, many times we were the only people there. there is tons to look at right at those beaches with a mask/goggles or to climb between the rocks to several other nearby lagoons. We swam over to the Baths (it is that close!), or it is a 5 min drive. The one downside is that there are roosters roaming about the yard and they do make a lot of noise. For restaurants nearby with great views and food, would recommend Cocomaya and the Reef House (Little Dix Bay).

Completely renovated very clean. Amazing views. Closest to some of best BVI beaches that you can walk to.

The Villa was amazing! Clean, spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. The various outside areas were well used, as was the updated kitchen. The best part was the proximity to a stunning beach. we will be back!
"AMAZING!"
The villa was beautiful, with amazing views from the treehouse. Wonderful snorkeling right off our beach, little trunk bay. We were 3 women and felt totally safe. Michelle was so helpful with some travel snafus and missed connections. We were able to order a few groceries to be there before we arrived so we didn't have to worry about shopping and could settle in our first day there. We had absolutely had no complaints. We will be back!! Thank you Michelle for all your kindness and thoughtfulness.

The villa really is an exceptional stay for the price. The views are amazing. The short walk to the two different beaches offers an extra amenity that a lot of the other villas might not have.
Michelle is such a sweet, friendly person. She was so accommodating to us before we even stepped on the island. She’s also knowledgeable about the island which was helpful in planning the stay.
This is a place we would definitely visit again.

Incredibly beautiful. Villa comfortable and well supplied. Beaches a two min walk and gorgeous. Top deck area perfect for morning coffee and evening rum punch and watching boats come and go ——star gazing at night!
"Steps from the beach…"
We had a very long day of travel delays and arrived on island about 6 hours late! In the dark! Met at the dock by Michelle, who escorted us to the house, took the liberty of getting us bread, eggs, butter and coffee for the next morning’s breakfast since it was a holiday and also advised which restaurant was open for Christmas night dinner. So incredibly helpful and appreciated. Location of house was great—-steps to the beach that was literally breathtaking and surreal. So private! The roosters are very loud- but local and nothing you can do about them ;) The set up of the house is very cool- separate buildings. Main house upstairs has kitchen bath family/dining rooms and one bedroom. Across the deck is another bedroom and private bath. Downstairs only accessible by outside staircase is two additional bedrooms and two private baths. Wish I had known bedrooms all had exterior access as I usually don’t rent properties like that but my kids older now so it worked out ok.
