Villas Virgin Gorda is delighted to present Bigger Splash Villa, an expansive retreat with a private pool, located within walking distance of the iconic Baths and the serene Spring Bay. Perfectly situated less than a mile from local grocery stores and restaurants, this villa offers the ideal blend of convenience and tranquility.
A Spacious Haven for Up to 10 Guests
Bigger Splash Villa consists of the Main House and an attached Cottage, providing ample space and privacy for up to 10 guests. Thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces offer multiple settings for relaxation, dining, and entertainment, all against a backdrop of stunning island vistas.
Main House – A Luxurious Island Retreat
Accommodating 6–8 guests, the Main House features two distinct levels and a charming lookout tower offering panoramic views of the island. Its open-concept design includes a great room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (non air-conditioned). The space is bathed in natural light through large windows and wide doors, which invite in the refreshing island breeze. Wraparound balconies provide seating areas, a hammock, and a tranquil setting for stargazing or enjoying cool evening breezes.
The kitchen is a chef’s delight, complete with modern amenities such as a breakfast bar, dishwasher, filtered water system, and a full-sized refrigerator.
Main House Bedrooms
Three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an attached en suite bathroom, offer luxurious comfort:
- Primary Suite: A sanctuary of elegance located by the pool, featuring a king-sized bed, outdoor shower, kitchenette, and private dining and lounging areas. With its own entrance, this suite offers the utmost privacy.
- Guest Room 1 (Upper Level): Includes a queen bed, outdoor shower, and a private veranda.
- Guest Room 2 (Upper Level): Features two double beds and spectacular island views.
The Cottage – A Private Oasis
For those seeking additional seclusion, the Cottage provides a self-contained haven for 2–4 guests. Accessible independently from the Main House, it features:
- One air-conditioned bedroom with a queen bed
- A queen sofa bed with a Tempurpedic mattress by American Leather, ensuring supreme comfort
- A fully equipped kitchen, living area, and dining area
- A private balcony for savoring the island atmosphere

All reservations are subject to a 10% Government Accommodations Tax, a $500 Cleaning Fee, and a $300 Refundable Deposit

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel during the HOLIDAY SEASON (December 15 – January 5) will not receive any refunds.
90 or more day’s notice provided, 75% of payments made will be refunded.
46-89 days notice provided, 50% of payments made will be refunded.
45 days or less notice, no payment will be refunded.
There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.

Deposit Policy
VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA requires that 50% of the rent is due at the time you secure your reservation. The balance of the rent is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. No-shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. (See hurricane policy, below.) No refunds will be granted unless there is a problem that cannot be cured within 48 hours, or which causes the Guest extreme and undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. Guests who abandon their villa without authority agree they have no rights to compensation. Prices at all villas are subject to change. No rebates or increases in pricing will be made once the Guest’s deposit payment has been submitted.
HURRICANE POLICY:
In the event of a pending hurricane, all guests MUST vacate their villa when instructed to do so by VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA staff. Guests will only be asked to vacate the property if local officials have deemed it unsafe. If guests are asked to vacate the property; any unused rent will be refunded. If the guests leave on their own volition, no refund of any sort will be given. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to incur any travel-related expenses associated with an early departure from the villa whether they leave on their own accord or if asked to do so by the staff of VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA.
