1 Paradise Lane can be rented together with Sunset Watch & Sundowner Bungalow, this whole estate can be rented as a 4 BR compound that can accommodate up to 10 people with two pools.
The rooftop deck which has well over 1,000 sq. ft., is perfectly situated to capture the best sunset views and the seemingly never-ending boating traffic on the Sir Francis Drake Channel.

Amenities include a gourmet kitchen, outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, and 4 Smart TVs all with access to Amazon music and movies and Apple movies. The TV and internet are connected to fiber optic internet service from FLOW BVI offering high-speed internet and digital TV service with a large selection of channels and streaming capabilities. Cordless phones with a local number for free local calls are available for your convenience. Connect music from any device to our portable waterproof Bluetooth speaker to play music or take it out to the roof deck, pool, and beach with its own travel bag. You can use the iPad to read the New York Times daily.

The kitchen sits adjacent to an open dining area that comfortably seats 8 people comfortably around a long dining table under a modern chandelier. Like everywhere else in this villa, the kitchen and dining area have a picture-perfect view of the Dog Islands and the Caribbean Sea.
Along with incredible views, this kitchen has everything you could ever want. This brand-new, fully furnished kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and a full complement of dinnerware and glassware. It has lots of storage for groceries. With over 26 feet of Corian counter space, an oversized custom Corian built-in double sink with the garbage disposal, and a separate wet bar with a built-in sink, this kitchen is perfect for several people to work in the kitchen at the same time and will appeal to anyone that likes to entertain.

The living room is strategically situated next to a 12-foot wide by 8-foot-high sliding glass door with dramatic unobstructed views of the blue waters of Sir Francis Drake Channel and the Dog Islands. With a west-facing orientation, you can catch magical views every day of the sunset from the living room or rooftop deck. A small collection of DVD movies and music. puzzles and board games are available.

If you absolutely MUST do any work while you are in paradise, we have provided a desk, a monitor, and a chair. An all-in-one color printer/copier and fax machine are also available.
The sitting area, adjacent to the living room, also has oversized windows with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. There is a 65” smart TV in this room that can be viewed from the living room as well. The trundle day bed adds 2 additional twin beds. It is just the perfect place to curl up, read a book, or nap.

Bedroom One is located adjacent to the sitting area, featuring a very comfortable king-size bed with views looking out to Sir Francis Drake Channel right from the bed. Pamper yourself with our plushiest, luxury bamboo pillows from Cosy House. A chest of drawers with five drawers to store your clothes is conveniently located.The on-suite master bathroom features a large dual vanity with a Corian countertop and two built-in Corian sinks, a closet to hang your clothes, a private toilet room that can be closed with a barn door. You will enjoy the spacious alfresco shower for two including a stand-alone rain shower.

Bedroom Two is accessed easily from the living room through a set of spacious barn doors. This bedroom features a king-size bed that can be converted into two twin beds upon request. The second bedroom has a set of oversized windows that fully capture the dramatic views in every direction and create the ultimate indoor/outdoor living space.
The on-suite bathroom features a vanity with two built-in sinks, a closet to hang your clothes, a private toilet room that can be closed with a barn door, and a spacious 58" x 88" Rectangle Sliding Steam Shower. A chest of drawers with five drawers to store your clothes is conveniently located for guests using the second bedroom.
You will also find an iron, ironing board, wall safe, and hairdryers.

With over 1,000 sq. ft of plush synthetic grass carpet covering the rooftop deck, which is for the exclusive use of guests of 1 Paradise Lane, it is an unforgettable location to sunbathe, lounge, and dine all while overlooking the Sir Francis Drake Channel of the Caribbean. There are two large retractable awnings that will provide shade for those who desire it.

This centrally air-conditioned 1 bedroom/1 bath villa, with ceiling fans throughout, offers a romantic setting within a lush tropical garden with a large sundeck near a sparkling turquoise pool. Expansive views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel can be enjoyed from the dining room, living room, kitchen, bedroom, and even from the indoor spa shower.

The new modern gourmet kitchen was designed to meet the needs of even the most discerning chef with lots of storage for groceries and a custom-designed white concrete countertop with a design, called “Virgin Island Confetti” which is embedded with a combination of concrete, locally recycled sea glass, and mother-of-pearl inlay. This kitchen allows you to prepare, cook, and clean up with ease.

The living area, which was added in 2018 when this villa was completely rebuilt, features plenty of seating to curl up and read books or watch television. The credenza holds a 50” smart TV with access to music and movies, Wi-Fi, and cordless phones with a local number for local calls.
Two-floor lamps are perfect for reading after dark or setting the mood in the evening. The sliding glass door opens from the living room to the magnificent Sir Francis Drake Channel of the Caribbean Sea. On the other side of the living room, another sliding door with curtains opens to your bedroom.

Enter the bedroom from either the kitchen or the living room. The bedroom features a king-size bed with a 14” thick gel memory foam mattress with luxurious bed linens luxury pillows and matching nightstands. This beach-inspired bedroom is furnished with a large white rustic dresser and a full-size closet with mirror doors. You can get to the bathroom, living room, and kitchen all directly from within the bedroom. And if you absolutely MUST do any work while you are in paradise, we have provided a desk and office chair.

Off the side of the bedroom is a spacious bathroom with double bowl vanity and separate toilet room This bath is equipped with a Whirlpool 8-jet jacuzzi tub, an adjustable rainfall showerhead with an 8-jet spa panel (and detachable shower head) and lined with genuine mother-of-pearl tiles. Open the curtain in the tub to reveal an unrivaled view of the Caribbean.

For a different experience, try the outdoor shower, accessible from both the bathroom and outside; also great for rinsing off when coming back from the beach or the pool. You will also find an iron, ironing board, wall safe, and hairdryer. Upon request, the housekeeper will do your laundry during your stay.

Sundowner Bungalow - Beachfront
The living area contains a spacious couch with plush cushions and tasteful furnishings that perfectly fit this tastefully decorated vacation rental. In addition to providing every comfort for relaxing, the one-bedroom/1 bath bungalow offers all of your technological needs including a flat-screen TV with access to Amazon music and movies and Apple movies, stereo sound system, home theatre, all-in-one laser printer /copier/fax machine, and high-speed connection plus a cordless phone with a local number for local calls. The indoor dining area seats four so you can have dinner with friends, but since you’ll be in paradise, you may often eat out at the outdoor dining table with 4 swivel chairs near a gas barbeque grill on the private, spacious covered patio with a view of Sir Francis Drake Channel. Hang out on two comfortable chairs to catch the beautiful sunsets or sunbathe on the recliners on the open deck.

The open floor plan of this villa allows you to move easily throughout the house right out of bed. You even have a perfect view of the pool, beach, and palm trees all while lying in bed!
The bedroom is a step up from the living room and includes a king-size bed with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and gorgeous views of the ocean.
Right off the bedroom, you can step into the master bath, one of many hidden gems here at Sundowner. A large dressing room with separate closets leads to the bathroom where you will first find a double sink vanity. From there you can step into our one-of-a-kind, spacious, and enclosed indoor/ outdoor shower with privacy glass. You will also find an iron, ironing board, wall safe, and hairdryer.

Take a dip in your private infinity plunge pool just steps from Nail Bay Beach. Enjoy coffee, tea, or your favorite beverage from your own private oceanfront deck. The pool was completely resurfaced with mosaic tiles in the fall of 2021 and state-of-the-art LED lighting was installed soon thereafter.
You are always just steps from a freshwater pool. The water temperature here is always refreshing and you can even keep an eye on the Caribbean Sea while sipping your drink in the pool. There are numerous recliners and intimate seating areas on the native stone patio around the pool which is bordered by a beautifully landscaped garden.
Guests can slip down a native stone pathway and, within a few minutes, sink their toes into the sands of the isolated Nail Bay Beach immediately below on Virgin Gorda's western shore. You have access to as well to a 1,600 sq. ft of private white sandy beach with 125 feet of beachfront. A hammock welcomes you to lounge on this sandy beach. Or relax on the outdoor seating next to a picnic table to enjoy a picnic in comfort.

This stone pathway also connects the villa to the sandy beach and the Caribbean Sea replete with marine life. Small fish dart between swaying corals and natural rock pools. A pile of boulders on one end of the beach offers the perfect place to climb, play, or share a meal and a bottle of champagne. Create your own beach adventure. Arguably, some of the best snorkeling in Virgin Gorda is below ONE Paradise Lane. Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, and fins are available at no cost. Or you can use one of the property’s kayaks to explore the waterfront or even the Dog Islands.

All guests staying at ONE Paradise Lane have complimentary access to all the facilities of Nail Bay Sports Club including the outdoor tennis court, indoor squash court, airconditioned gym, and indoor ping pong room. ONE Paradise Lane is an easy walking distance of the beautiful swim-up bar and pool next to the highly acclaimed Sugar Cane Restaurant which has an amazing sunset view.
