Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel during the HOLIDAY SEASON (December 15 – January 5) will not receive any refunds.
90 or more day’s notice provided, 75% of payments made will be refunded.
46-89 days notice provided, 50% of payments made will be refunded.
45 days or less notice, no payment will be refunded.
There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.

Deposit Policy
VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA requires that 50% of the rent is due at the time you secure your reservation. The balance of the rent is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. No-shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. (See hurricane policy, below.) No refunds will be granted unless there is a problem that cannot be cured within 48 hours, or which causes the Guest extreme and undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. Guests who abandon their villa without authority agree they have no rights to compensation. Prices at all villas are subject to change. No rebates or increases in pricing will be made once the Guest’s deposit payment has been submitted.
HURRICANE POLICY:
In the event of a pending hurricane, all guests MUST vacate their villa when instructed to do so by VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA staff. Guests will only be asked to vacate the property if local officials have deemed it unsafe. If guests are asked to vacate the property; any unused rent will be refunded. If the guests leave on their own volition, no refund of any sort will be given. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to incur any travel-related expenses associated with an early departure from the villa whether they leave on their own accord or if asked to do so by the staff of VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA.

"Excellent. We had a great time and loved the island."
We loved our stay at Villa Somoya. The villa is very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and more. There were beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and floats for the pool. The TV allowed us to keep up to date on the NCAA basketball tournament games. The outdoor shower and pool were both refreshing.
Villas Virgin Gorda was excellent to work with. Michelle was super responsive and quickly answered any questions I had about our stay. Prior to arriving she gave me tons of great information about restaurants and activities.
The Villa is amazing! Pictures don't do justice to the incredible view. We would make our coffee in the morning and just stare out over the water - breath taking. The villa is very well stocked and just beautiful.

This villa really was stunning. Our family had a wonderful time. The location is great. It's close to the baths and great beaches. The villa was really comfortable and spacious. Kids loved the pool. The host was super communicative and helped us arrange groceries and transportation to and from the island as well as gave recommendations for a boat charter and a private dinner prepared at the house. We really couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend!

"Best Thanksgiving Dinner View Ever"
Spent Thanksgiving 2019 there. Perfect weather, quiet and secluded beach nearby, world famous rock climb and swim at the Baths, restaurants so good you’d never expect them on the restful island of Virgin Gorda, and every type of Caribbean water activity you can imagine. Villa Somoya itself was thoughtfully designed and decorated with amenities galore. Favorites were the private outdoor shower nestled in the large rock formation atop the mountain, the newly installed pool, and the sitting area in a breezeway overlooking Sir Francis Drakes Channel and the Caribbean Sea. After cooking a turkey for our festive holiday meal, we voted it Best Thanksgiving Dinner View ever.
