This charming, centrally air-conditioned 1-bedroom villa, complete with ceiling fans throughout, offers a romantic escape within a lush tropical garden. A spacious sundeck surrounds a sparkling turquoise pool, with expansive views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel visible from nearly every room, including the dining room, living room, kitchen, bedroom, and even the indoor spa shower.
For larger groups, Sunset Watch can be rented in combination with 1 Paradise Lane, creating a 3-bedroom villa for up to 8 guests. Additionally, when Sunset Watch, 1 Paradise Lane, and Sundowner are combined, the property becomes the ONE Paradise Lane (The Compound), offering accommodations for up to 10 people.

The living room features an oversized, hurricane-rated 13-foot wide sliding glass door that seamlessly brings the stunning view of the blue sky and water inside. The credenza houses a 50” smart TV with access to Amazon Music and Movies, Apple Movies, high-speed fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi, and local cordless phones. Connect music from any device to the portable waterproof Bluetooth speaker, perfect for enjoying tunes poolside or at the beach.
At night, two floor lamps create the perfect ambiance for a cozy atmosphere. On one side of the living room, the sliding glass door opens to the magnificent Caribbean Sea. On the other side, another sliding door opens to your bedroom.
Bedroom & Bathroom
The bedroom is accessible from both the kitchen and the living room and features a king-size bed with a 14” thick gel memory foam mattress, luxurious linens, and matching nightstands. With rustic white furniture and a full-size closet with mirrored doors, the room offers both comfort and style.
Start your mornings with a direct ocean view right from the bed by simply drawing back the curtains. A 32” smart TV is mounted on the wall for easy viewing, and an office desk, chair, and all-in-one color laser printer/copier/fax machine are provided for any work you may need to do.
The spacious bathroom offers a double bowl vanity and a separate toilet room. The patio features retractable awnings, dining furniture, and comfortable lounge chairs.
Take a stone pathway down to the isolated Nail Bay Beach, where you’ll find 1,600 sq. ft. of private white sandy beach with 125 feet of beachfront. Relax in a hammock or enjoy a picnic on the outdoor seating next to a picnic table. This secluded beach offers incredible snorkeling opportunities, with vibrant marine life and natural rock pools to explore. A pile of boulders provides the perfect spot to climb, play, or enjoy a champagne toast while watching the waves.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel during the HOLIDAY SEASON (December 15 – January 5) will not receive any refunds.
90 or more day’s notice provided, 75% of payments made will be refunded.
46-89 days notice provided, 50% of payments made will be refunded.
45 days or less notice, no payment will be refunded.
There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.

Deposit Policy
VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA requires that 50% of the rent is due at the time you secure your reservation. The balance of the rent is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. No-shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. (See hurricane policy, below.) No refunds will be granted unless there is a problem that cannot be cured within 48 hours, or which causes the Guest extreme and undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. Guests who abandon their villa without authority agree they have no rights to compensation. Prices at all villas are subject to change. No rebates or increases in pricing will be made once the Guest’s deposit payment has been submitted.
HURRICANE POLICY:
In the event of a pending hurricane, all guests MUST vacate their villa when instructed to do so by VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA staff. Guests will only be asked to vacate the property if local officials have deemed it unsafe. If guests are asked to vacate the property; any unused rent will be refunded. If the guests leave on their own volition, no refund of any sort will be given. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to incur any travel-related expenses associated with an early departure from the villa whether they leave on their own accord or if asked to do so by the staff of VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA.
