A Design in Harmony with Nature
Water’s Edge was thoughtfully crafted to blend with its surroundings and showcase the unique beauty of Virgin Gorda. The expansive composite deck provides multiple areas to relax or gather, complete with two inviting pools. A gated entrance with Brazilian hardwood doors and lush garden walls adds a sense of exclusivity. The villa is also equipped with excellent high-speed wireless internet throughout the property, ensuring a modern, connected experience.
The Layout
The villa’s living and sleeping spaces are thoughtfully arranged across three separate buildings, all surrounding the deck, gardens, and pools.
Main Living Space
The first building features a spacious, open-concept living area, complete with:
- A large kitchen boasting vaulted ceilings, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
- Walls of folding glass doors that bring in refreshing sea breezes and panoramic views.
- Indoor dining for six and an outdoor dining area for eight, perfect for alfresco meals.
- A bathroom, laundry facilities, and an outdoor shower to service the pool and common areas.
Bonus Room
Continuing along the deck, you’ll find the second building, which houses a bright and airy bonus room with large windows that frame the natural paradise outside. This space includes a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed and an entertainment area, offering flexibility for additional guests.
Bedroom Suites
A short ascent through the boulders leads to the third building, home to two private bedroom suites:
- Primary Suite: A spacious retreat with a king bed, a seating area, a kitchenette, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and an outdoor shower.
- Second Suite: Features a king bed, a wet bar with a mini-fridge, and a cozy bunk room perfect for kids. The suite also includes air conditioning, an en suite bathroom with double sinks, and an outdoor shower.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel during the HOLIDAY SEASON (December 15 – January 5) will not receive any refunds.
90 or more day’s notice provided, 75% of payments made will be refunded.
46-89 days notice provided, 50% of payments made will be refunded.
45 days or less notice, no payment will be refunded.
There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.

Deposit Policy
VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA requires that 50% of the rent is due at the time you secure your reservation. The balance of the rent is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. No-shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. (See hurricane policy, below.) No refunds will be granted unless there is a problem that cannot be cured within 48 hours, or which causes the Guest extreme and undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. Guests who abandon their villa without authority agree they have no rights to compensation. Prices at all villas are subject to change. No rebates or increases in pricing will be made once the Guest’s deposit payment has been submitted.
HURRICANE POLICY:
In the event of a pending hurricane, all guests MUST vacate their villa when instructed to do so by VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA staff. Guests will only be asked to vacate the property if local officials have deemed it unsafe. If guests are asked to vacate the property; any unused rent will be refunded. If the guests leave on their own volition, no refund of any sort will be given. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to incur any travel-related expenses associated with an early departure from the villa whether they leave on their own accord or if asked to do so by the staff of VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA.

We are not “resort people”….. we like our privacy and always stay at a rental property whenever we travel. Waters Edge villa is in the top 2 vacation rentals in our history!! The location, the view, the staff, and most of all, the gorgeous villa itself are truly amazing!!

The views, especially the sunrises were spectacular! All the decks/levels were fun to explore and witness different views. Michelle was great to work with and always available when we had questions, and she made some great recommendations of restaurants and activities. The stay was amazing, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this villa or any of the other villas through Villas Virgin Gorda- The location was excellent, the island was wonderful!

Water's Edge was BEYOND beautiful! We love nature & were amazed at the villa's artful design utilizing the massive boulders. It's location close to the Baths & Spring Bay was also such a treat!

"Tremendous property…"
Tremendous property. Fabulous design and layout of the buildings and pools. Stunning views. Exceptional privacy. Michelle met us on arrival and escorted us around the villa. She gave us tips on our stay, where to go, what to eat, who to contact for recreation. We felt that we could talk to her at any time about needs or concerns. We came a long way from Idaho with 2 full days of travel in each direction. It was expensive, time consuming and wearying but the end result with the time at the villa made it worthwhile.

We absolutely loved our visit at this beautiful villa and Island. The view spectacular, lovely breeze, we gasped every time we opened the door to the property. If you’re looking for breathtaking views, unique architecture and peaceful days/nights- this villa is for you! We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked another vacation there before we left. Michelle greeted us at the ferry dock and led us to the villa. She did an excellent job of answering our questions and suggesting restaurants and grocery stores. See you in the Fall!!!
